DAASH Global Deepens Partnership with World Vision Through building on the trust and momentum we’re leading the launch of the Leadership & Management Skills: A Strategic Talent Development Intervention . This marks an important step forward in supporting and empowering the people at the organization—training individuals and teams to grow, lead, and make a lasting difference specially tailored for World Visions Talent Pool

This 40-50 hour intervention was thoughtfully designed and expertly facilitated as the program was curated to enhance 21st-century leadership and management competencies—equipping participants not only with practical tools and techniques but also fostering the mindset needed to lead with purpose, agility, and impact.

Over the course of the program, participants engaged in dynamic sessions focused on strategic thinking, adaptive leadership, effective communication, decision-making, and team empowerment. The aim was clear: to intentionally prepare and develop this select group as potential successors for critical roles within the organization.

This marks another important step in the ongoing journey between DAASH Global and World Vision—one rooted in shared values and a vision for long-term impact. Together investing in people, building capacity, and shaping a future where purpose-driven work is supported by continuous growth.
