The Sirius team which is an Abans IT Subsidary who is committed to excellence that goes beyond technology – they participated in an immersive outbound training conducted by DAASH Global; —a premier people and organizational development provider with proven strength in experiential learning programs across Sri Lanka and beyond.

Set in nature, the experience included rope wars, spider wall challenges, and more—each activity designed to boost team communication, trust & confidence building, and teamwork. What started as physical challenges quickly became much more than that. These activities tested the ability to listen, adapt, and collaborate under pressure.

We wrapped the experience with a relaxed beach-themed evening—great food, open skies, and even better conversations. It was the perfect close to a day that reflected on Sirius’ Outbound Synergy.
