Honoured to partner with Habib Bank Limited – Sri Lanka (HBLSL), a financial institution with a remarkable legacy. HBLSL began its commercial banking operations in Sri Lanka over seven decades ago, establishing its first international branch in Colombo in 1951 – a testament to its long-standing trust, stability, and global footprint.

This program held in Bentota marked a special milestone for us at DAASH Global ….our 400th outbound experiential learning program since inception. A proud moment that reflects our commitment to delivering high-impact, behaviour-shaping learning experiences across industries and leadership levels.

The dynamic HBLSL team was immersed in a series of land-based and water-based experiential challenges, designed to test and strengthen:

• Teamwork under pressure

• Adaptability in unexpected situations

• Negotiation and influence skills

• Trust-based decision-making

• Interpersonal communication across all levels

From senior management to the wider team, every participant stepped into the experience with energy, passion, and a willingness to push boundaries. The activities were intentionally crafted to surface real team dynamics, strengthen collaboration, and build a deeper sense of unity and shared purpose.
