DAASH Global’s Outbound team building, also known as experiential or outdoor activity-based training, is a method to enhance Teamwork, Leadership, and Communication skills through engaging in activities outside the usual work environment, a proven & very effective method of “learning by doing” when it’s structured to meet clear outcomes, and encourages participants to step outside their comfort zones and be in action.

We had a very engaging and interactive program with Centrum Marine Consultancy Pvt Ltd. a young and dynamic maritime organization that focuses on Maritime Industry, Thriving on three business verticals, Crew Management (Marine HR), Ship Broking and Trading Facilitation committed to People, Passion and Professionalism.
The team demonstrated Commitment to task, Open communication, different methods of Decision-making, Time & Quality bound competition and Teamwork.
