Abans Engineering – OutBound Training

DAASH Global had the privilege of facilitating a 2-Day Outbound Training (OBT) Program for the Sales Management Team of Abans Engineering in the adventurous landscapes of Kitulgala.

This extended program was carefully designed to:

✔ Build trust and strengthen team bonding
✔ Develop decision-making and leadership skills
✔ Encourage initiative and confidence through group challenges
✔ Increase overall engagement and motivation through immersive activities

Over the two days, participants engaged in a series of outdoor, adventure-based challenges that pushed them beyond their comfort zones, encouraged problem-solving, and cultivated authentic teamwork. Each experience was followed by structured debriefs, enabling participants to translate field challenges into practical workplace insights and actionable learning.

The program concluded on a high note, with reflections and shared takeaways that left the Abans Engineering team energized, united, and equipped with stronger collaboration skills to achieve organizational goals.
