The  Maliban Sales Team were facilitate by DAASH Global for a results-driven Outbound Training (OBT) experience designed to challenge limits, strengthen collaboration, and elevate performance. This wasn’t just a break from routine, it was a strategic intervention aimed at building resilience and sharpening key sales competencies.

Taken place beyond classroom scales in the untamed backdrop of Sri Lanka’s outdoors, the program immersed the Maliban Sales Team in a powerful mix of Canyoning, White Water Rafting, Key Punch, and Chai Making. These weren’t just activities, they were deliberate, high-stakes challenges built to stretch comfort zones, spark rapid decision-making, and demand authentic collaboration. Every moment in the field was followed by focused debriefs, where DAASH facilitators turned physical action into deep professional insight and practical, on-the-ground learning.
