Why Outbound Training
Outbound training programs have been found to be effective in enhancing Self-Confidence, Self-development, Social & Emotional Development, Teamwork, Leading skills & Working in Teams etc, Other areas include behavior change and personal efficiency.
After attending carefully planned, customized outdoor activity-based or adventure-based outbound training, team members tend to bond together in a way that is not possible in a concrete, office environment.
Planed Outbound programs demonstrate that people can become more cohesive, and trust each other more through experiential learning, opening up, changing perceptions, getting to know team members in a different way, and becoming more receptive to learning.
It also proves that in spite of differences in cultures and ethnic backgrounds, gender, and age, people can live and work together and that it is inherent in human nature to be helpful.
In an environment such as this, it becomes possible for a trained and experienced outdoor trainer/facilitator to identify skill gaps and strengths and suggest new coping behavior for trouble areas in general and specific. Our trained & experienced facilitators identify & suggest post-training actions for specific behavioral changes and applications for the leaders as well as employee groups to sustain the learning based on the objectives.
The Experiential Learning Cycle for Outbound Learning
We base the Kolb’s experiential learning style theory as a principle in planning, designing & facilitating outbound programs.
Kolb’s experiential learning style is typically represented by a four-stage learning cycle in which the learner ‘touches all the bases, the foundation of learning methodology which is facilitated by a trained & experienced trainer/facilitator.

The corporate outbound training is organized in a serene and open-air environment where the concentration is high and stress is worn-out. The peaceful surroundings play an important role in building a comprehensive and effective learning process. To do so, numerous strategies are developed and put into practice so as to indulge the employees in team-building exercises and improving their behavioral skills and efficiency towards work.
The trainer basically instructs the whole group about how to take up the activity as a team which results in the better communication independently and with the whole team to gain the success. The learning initiates with the experience leading to reflection, conversation, study and evaluation of the entire experience. In Outbound Training, the overall function together as a team towards any activity alleviate the importance of Team building, effective communication, leadership, strategic thinking, conflict management, quality improvement, mentoring and talent development.
How does It help?
Team Building Activities are a great way to build communication between employees for good teamwork. To build higher motivation for attaining success, all the participants need to work together and to do so, the basic team-building activities are created with a specific objective focus.
Team members are bound to plan, discuss, try out and experience the outcomes, carefully observed & guided by a trained facilitator, limited resources and time are critical aspects where attributed to most of the activities to derive the actual business / customer demands through experiential learning.
Program duration
Based on the need, objectives and the commercials we plan & recommend, in general below are some of the program durations –
½ day (3 to 4 hrs) , 1 day (morning to evening), 1 day extended with a social late evening, overnight stay one to 3 days in adventure camps, resorts & hotels

Our Team
All trainers of DAASH Global are hand-picked & trained & certified in adult learning principles, the critical areas of safety (depending on the activities), communication, observation skills, feedback, and ethics. Facilitation is done in multilingual to support the organizational learning needs.
Scientific Video Based discussions & feedback & Coaching
We use the technique of video-based feedback (VBF) proven to be beneficial in formative assessments for individual & team behavior developments. VBF is facilitated from planned real-life settings or activities to simulate certain identified competencies & behaviors such as Leadership communication, decision-making, problem-solving, leading teams, clear communication, working in teams, delegation, commitment to tasks & even integrity & transparency in certain situations etc
In this process, we engage several trained facilitators to capture certain activities to derive the actual behaviors through state-of-the-art technologically advanced equipment & techniques and used for the activity discussions & briefings.
Pre and Post program brief and action planning
As the best practice, we prepare the teams mentally & physically before the program delivery with information, preparation requirements, safety, etc to derive outcomes better. In some cases by use of scientifically proven tools such as psychometric tests, traits & social behavioral tests are used to instill specific learning & behaviors in a systematic & planned manner by certified assessors & facilitators.
End-to-end program coordination & facility management especially for foreign institutes as well as for local corporates is a part of our service delivery.
