Assessment Centers is a method which adopts a predetermined array of tested techniques as behavioral, leadership, teamwork, and case studies where an employee is tested in determining the suitability and potentiality for enhanced job levels. The process takes the employees through an array of individual and group exercises prompting them in thinking and self reflecting on their own behaviours. This proven method is a widely used concept that has the potential in measuring employee behavior rather than traditional tests and one on one discussions.
DAASH Global team recently conducted a well structured assessment center for Central Finance PLC for a selected group of high potential Branch Managers, with the focus on decision making, planning, team dynamics, leadership, agility and communication. These tests fully developed in identifying the cognitive skills of these individuals drove them towards critically analyzing themselves and their behaviours.
